To the Editor:
Sir, in my humble opinion, I cannot understand why the Israeli Government, a Sovereign State, does not act in it's best interest.
Public opinion shifts, today's horror is tomorrows forgotten healine, The United States can be a dangerous friend. I firmly believe Israel should take unilateral action, and is long overdue in so doing,
Americans have forgotten that it was the Israeli's who destroyed Saddam Hussein's Nuclear Arsenal, against American urging, Israel literally saved the USA, our thanks to you is the death of hundreds of your citizens.
You are not behest to the current administration, you are behest to the Israeli administration. America is acting in it's own best interest, Israel should do the same, nobody would blame you, and my friends (non-Jews to the core) believe as I do, it is time to stop hoping for the Support of the US, it will not come, but, again in my humble opinion, you do not need the US, but that point is moot, as the US will "squeal" at your actions, but it's citizens will be all for you, and it's Government is basically impotent.
So, wake up Israel, you are the
"Light Unto the Nations", while I
hate war, you are in a state of war
and you must act.
The U.N was silent while 58 Jerusalem Synagogues were destroyed by the
Jordanians.
The U.N. was silent while the Jordanians systematically desecrated
the ancient Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives.
The U.N. was silent while the Jordanians enforced an apartheid-like
policy of preventing Jews from visiting the Temple Mount
and the Western Wall.

I thank you for a very informative news letter you continue to produce.
I do my best to share the insider view with others. More than anybody
you know how biased the world media is against anything Jewish. So, in
these troubled times please take heart! Even in my Catholic Poland there
are Christians who actually pray for Israel. We may be powerless and
insignificant in number but our hearts are filled with sympathy and
concern, especially when we see your ally -America- slowly abandoning
you.
I bid you peace, hoping you too, look forward to see the promise in
Zehariah 12;10 fulfilled.

Dear Friends,
I am a 50 year old housewife, and not very important in the scheme of
things. I watch Israel every day,and I mourn for the people who have
been murdered there.And today I listened as my government told us of
they're hopes for a palestinian state, and the Mitchell plan. I'm
writing this to you because I love Israel and if I could I would defend
her with my life.I know that Arafat wants Israel-NOT peace-and I cry
every day for all of you.Please tell Peres to stay out of it. He is
poisoning Israel. The Mitchell plan WILL NOT work,as I know this in my
soul.
You live in GOD's favorite place. Please protect and defend her no
matter what and HE will bless you.

Just to let you all know that believers here in NZ are not forgetting
to pray for Israel at this time and many are getting very vocal at last to
those who stay uninformed about what is really happening.Thank-you for
being such a source of info. to me and mine in the last few years..maybe I
never would have realised how serious the situation has become if I hadn't
discovered gamla on zipple one day.In the last week I have managed to
get material on the radio twice....
